The release cuts time spent checking claims before MLR and rebuilding approved content, and adds support for creating social media assets and materials compatible with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Viseven, a global life sciences tech partner, today announced the Q3 2026 release of eWizard powered by eVa AI. With this release, AI content creation becomes part of the regulated content supply chain. eVa AI makes content creation grounded, reusable and traceable, while eWizard extends it to new channels and systems, including a Social Media channel and an integration with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
In pharma, writing content is rarely the slowest step. Getting it approved and reused is. When AI drafts new content, local teams still spend much of their time checking it against approved claims and references before it can go to MLR review. Approved emails often exist only as flat PDFs, so teams rebuild them instead of reusing them. Social media posts are often created in external tools, outside the governed workflow, and moving assets into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud takes significant time and effort.
AI-powered conversion: PDF to email. eWizard now converts static email PDFs into an eWizard-compatible HTML package, which can be edited, localized, published, and submitted for approval. Emails that exist only as PDFs can be edited, localized, and distributed through eWizard without costly manual rebuilding.
Enhanced PDF text & image decomposition. eVa AI breaks approved PDFs into text and image elements with greater accuracy, preserving reading order and keeping recognized claim boundaries intact, so approved PDF content becomes usable in new materials.
Claims-based email generation & traceability. At the point of creation, eVa AI generates email outlines from approved claims, shows which claims each email uses, and links them back to their source in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Authors can see where each statement comes from instead of checking drafts line by line, which means faster creation, stronger traceability, and less manual compliance checking before MLR.
Template-aware email generation. eVa AI also matches a brief to an existing eWizard layout, so the draft fits the template it will be built in from the start, which means less rework between copy and email assembly.
AI-assisted eDetailer. A new AI-assisted eDetailer journey gives local teams a story plan and maps each global slide for reuse, adaptation, or creation. Local teams get a structured plan before editing starts, adapt global materials faster, and reuse more approved slides. People stay in control at every step and remain the final approval authority.
Social Media channel in eWizard. A new Social Media channel lets teams create posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, preview them and generate approval-ready PDFs automatically within the governed eWizard workflow rather than several external tools.
Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Integration. A new integration with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud lets teams create emails and eDetailers in a compatible format and publish them to Veeva Vault PromoMats, from where they sync to Life Sciences Cloud without the manual transfer.

The release is part of a broader shift in how Viseven develops eWizard: from AI as a text-generation tool to AI as a claims-grounded co-author across the full content lifecycle.
