Client Overview 

Our client is a leading European business from a tightly regulated industry. It is a multi-award-winning organization with over 2 million customers and has been operating for over 25 years. Despite all incredible achievements, our client has never stopped growing and evolving, constantly developing new solutions to improve its services. 

Over the past decade, the Viseven team has collaborated with the company several times, resulting in multiple successful projects. This time around, our project started with an idea to expand the client’s digital ecosystem, adding a user-friendly AI-powered mobile experience

Challenge: Launching a Standalone AI-powered Assistant 

Our client was ready to expand their digital offerings by including a secure, multilingual AI-powered mobile assistant. It had to be an app similar to other chatbots and assistants but tailored to the company’s needs and capable of intelligent automation and data analytics. There was no need to reinvent the wheel. However, there was still a clear need to create a user-friendly AI assistant mobile app that could provide intelligent responses and generate content while also fully aligning with the brand’s privacy and compliance standards. 

Our team was tasked with designing and delivering the native app from scratch. We also had to ensure a seamless integration with IONOS GPT and optimal performance on iOS and Android platforms. We had a clear picture of what had to be delivered: an app that provides real-time assistance, quick access to critical information, availability in multiple languages, and security measures in place.  

For us, this project was much more than simply ‘develop and deliver.’ Our team was thrilled to collaborate with a returning client, seizing the opportunity to strengthen our relationship while paving the way for future collaborations in AI and mobile innovation. 

The Solution 

Our team divided the workflow into six stages to create the AI personal assistant. Here is a breakdown of each phase.

Phase #1: Discovery 

The first step was to learn more about the client’s needs and goals for the project. Our team interviewed the client to learn more about their view of the perfect AI mobile assistant, analyzed the client’s customer base, and mapped out the next steps. 

Phase #2: Design 

Our team developed wireframes and prototypes for the mobile app, designed an interface that aligns with the brand’s style, architected AI to provide intelligent and accurate responses, and finally, included compliance checkpoints into the app design. As a result, we had a project backbone ready and moved to the next stage. 

Phase 3: Development 

At the development stage, we were tasked with implementing an AI-driven content generation engine, finishing building the mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms and ensuring encryption and compliance with the company’s standards and rules. 

Phase #4: Testing 

Our team ensured high quality with a complete QA cycle and manual testing. We prepared and finalized technical documentation that included architecture diagrams, API specifications, and a security scanning report. 

Phase #5: Delivery 

The Viseven team successfully delivered a scalable, intuitive, AI-powered mobile app to enhance engagement. Features of AI assistant include multilingual support, natural language interactions, and real-time intelligent responses. The app was integrated seamlessly with the client’s infrastructure while still meeting security and compliance requirements. 

Phase #6: HyperCare
