Viseven Team is looking for Office Manager!

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in administration role (Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Departments Assistant) 
  • High attention to details, self-organization, and ability to multitask 
  • Good English skills in order to be able to communicate with our customers and foreign guest 
  • Experience of visa-opening and travel arrangements 
  • Ability to work with Google docs, and the whole MS Office package 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good sense of humour and positive vibe is a must
  •  Will be a plus: 
  • Experience in organizing business trips (tickets and insurance purchase, hotels booking, visa maintaining) 


Currently, we are looking for a proactive and positiveOffice Managerto add value to our team and ensure efficient workflow in the Zhytomyr office. 

  • Manage phones and correspondence 
  • Greet and work with visitors 
  • Work with suppliers 
  • Provide office support: procurement: control food, stationery, and household deliveries, furniture, etc.
  • Control office functionality etc. 
  • Welcoming visitors (show the highest standards of hospitality and welcome, reserve transfer, organize coffee brakes, ensure catering) 
  • Supporting team members during business trips 
  • Relocation process organization and management 
  • Translate documents when required 
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings 
  • Preparing and processing different types of invitations for foreign customers and partners 
  • Communicating with translators, notaries,  realtors, couriers, drivers, support services of different companies  etc. when required 
  • Support of other company departments
