Job description:

• Staying on trend and continuously developing hiring techniques from internet searches and social media to talent referral programs, cold calling and networking
• Preparing internal and external job postings
• Conduct competency-based interviews
• Organize and facilitate hiring decision-making process
• Completing offers to successful candidates and conduct post-offer follow-up
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Responsible for overall candidate experience and feedback
• Contribute to building and maintaining employer brand
• Providing recruiting reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Required skills and knowledge:

• 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
• Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
• Responsible attitude
• Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful
