Viseven is looking for HR Sourcing Specialist to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for an active and motivated specialist to help the Recruitment Team to find qualified and engaged candidates and consistently support the growing hiring needs at all the company’s offices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Rapid-growth environment
  • Desire to develop and grow in the recruitment area, discover the contemporary candidate sourcing approaches
  • Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies
  • Good at Copywriting, have knowledge in email campaign best practices
  • Strong English skills in written and verbal communications (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Able to analyze information and create actionable insights
  • Team player

Will be a plus:

  • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Understanding of the leading IT trends in the World labor market


  • Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels and creative approach
  • Build up an effective search strategy to find qualified candidates
  • Create catchy emails, test their effectiveness and work on their improvement
  • Collect and analyze sourcing data, prepare weekly/quarter reports of progress, effectiveness, and forecast outcomes
  • Track candidates in the internal database
  • Analyze IT labor market and collect the data
  • Take part in processing of Junior and Intern specialists: sets up interviews, conducts short pre-interviews
