Job responsibilities:

  • Providing first level customer support
  • Performing remote troubleshooting
  • Suggesting possible improvements and adjustments on procedures
  • Providing technical assistance and accurate information on company’s products or services
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

What are the required experience and skills?

  • Proficiency in English
  • Client service orientation
  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong business and client-facing communication skills and ability to learn fast
  • Knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
