Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Italian or French (speaking and writing) for communication with the clients
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Zoom, MS Teams, JIRA, PowerBI
  • Ability and desire to teach new users how to use our products and services
  • Meeting deadlines, self-organized and proactive learner
  • Empathy, willingness to bring the highest standards service to our customers

Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:

  • Customer Care QA experience
  • Customer Onboarding experience
  • Understanding of key retention and Customer Satisfaction metrics
  • Understanding of Service Leven Agreement concept

Role description

Customer Excellence Department is focused on onboarding new partners and individual users. They are responsible for demos, training sessions and take part in supporting our new users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Know our customers & learn what their expectations are
  • Organize and conduct training sessions with new customers
  • Establish a solid communication channel with different customers to guide them during their product experience
  • Anticipate challenges and questions your customers might have
