Channel Manager 

Job description

Viseven is looking for a Channel Manager. Channel Manager for Virtual Meetings (or Webinars) will manage the whole process of preparing, organizing, and conducting Webinars for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Receive requests for Virtual Meetings from Viseven Liaison managers
  • Perform the initial review, request additional information/materials where necessary, elaborate on details 
  • Prepare and formalize technical task for the Content Creation Manager (separately for Email and Web channels), including all necessary information about the timelines and scope, assign Jira tickets to responsible managers 
  • Coordinate efforts of all involved teams (development teams, deployment teams, and the client), track the timelines 
  • Maintain close communication and report on progress to all stakeholders 
  • Manage and hold the responsibility for the whole process of Virtual Meetings preparation and conducting the event itself 
  • Provide pieces of training for webinar organizers on how to use a platform 
  • Manage risks: analyze and report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments 

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in managing/coordinating projects for delivering services (not necessarily a software development projects)
  • Basic technical knowledge (like understanding terminology and involved technologies for building HTML pages and Web sites
  • Understanding the basic principles of how video conferences work)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Experience in working with Jira, experience using video conferencing solutions, like GoToMeeting, at least as a participant (better as organizer)
  • Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details and troubleshoot the problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced English level
